All ringtones must be downloaded via WAP from your mobile phone since it is not possible to send them via SMS because of the size. This requires that you have correct WAP settings in your mobile phone. If you have problems with downloading the ringtone, contact your operator and make sure you have the correct WAP settings.

Our polyphonic ringtones work with all mobile phones that support downloadable ringtones and WAP (with correct WAP settings).

Click on a mobile phone manufacturer to show guaranteed compatible models. Please observe though that new models are constantly released which makes it hard to keep these lists updated. Although, practicly all newer mobile phones support polyphinic ringtones!

To be able to download our ringtones, your mobile network operator must support WAP and allow downloads from external content providers. You can test this using our test WAP site, http://ringsignaler.com/test. Enter this address into your mobile phone's WAP browser and follow the simple steps to see if your mobile phone and mobile network operator supports our ringtones. Operators known not to allow external content are Nextel and Verizon. Contact your mobile network operator if you are uncertain whether or not they support external content downloads.

Most likely your WAP settings are incorrect, contact your operator's customer service and have them send to you new settings. Please observe that we can not help you if your WAP settings aren't correct.

Sometimes operators experience delays and therefore it can take a few minutes for your SMS to be delivered. If you haven't received it within one hour contact us and we will help you.

Check your mailbox for a mail from us. We always try to send out an SMS with the WAP link when a ringtone is ordered. Unfortunately, we can not reach all operators in all countries in the world. Therefore, when paying via Paypal, we also send out an e-mail containing the WAP link. If you can't find the e-mail in your inbox, please check your junk e-mail to make sure it hasn't been filtered as spam.

WAP can be described as a technology that makes it possible to surf on web pages suited for mobile phones. Most new mobile phones support WAP and some even support surfing on regular web pages. The program used to surf on your mobile phone is mostly called WAP browser, web browser or something similar.

To be able to use WAP your mobile phone must have the right settings. You can have these settings sent to you from your operator.

SMS payments are made by sending an SMS to a shortcode with a specific code for the product you want to order. The purchase will be charged on your phone bill.

All new mobile phones support SMS. For further information about how SMS works on your specific phone, consult the manual for your mobile phone or contact the manufacturer.

You can order a ringtone using the code you received by entering the "Download" page for a ringtone and enter your code at the bottom of the page where it says "Enter your code here". The "Download" page is reached by clicking on a ringtone title.

We constantly add new ringtones. If there is something you want but can't find, contact us and let us know.

All ringtones are sold as "one-time" purchases. It is your own resposibility to make sure your mobile phone supports downloaded polyfonic ringtones and WAP and have correct WAP settings before you order. Refunding money payed by SMS is unfortunately not technically possible.
